I can jump to the exit Dunc, but can't for the life of me work out the boulder puzzle

the clue is in the title, look before you leap. maybe it should have been look before you leap or LOOK before you leap or even LOOK before you look before you leap

and pay attention to all the signs, especially the 3rd one
