Hex-Editing?

I have an editor but I want to know what those weird symbols mean and which letter/number-combos belong to them. MARK?
The upper part is the floor section.
The lower part in the objects section.
They are separated by 00
I only recall a few of them:
Stinky = 01
Loof = 02
Qookie = 03
Peegue =04
VirtLands had compiled an entire list of most of the codes,
but I can not find what I did with it.
