Your signature is a little message at the end of each post that is customize-able. You have that Herobrine image in your signature, along with your "I like Trains" avatar. You have to remove one of those two according to the rules, which you probably didn't read.

You either can't have that Herobrine Image or any image in its place, or you must remove you avatar. It's really not that complicated.
