He's an exterminator and he kills mice.

EDIT 2:

Guy goes into a home with a large snake. After going into a small room, he battles with the snake for quite a while. Afterwards, he emerges with the snake into a room with the man. The man gives him some money and he leaves.

Who is this guy and what is happening?

All I can think about this, is that the man who gives the guy money, wants to keep the snake as a pet, and the guy is a snake-charmer, who tamed the snake.

Well, that hint doesn't really add anything: It seemed already obvious to me.

Edit: OK, the man didn't want the snake in his home at all. So the guy takes the snake with him to a zoo or so?

I believ in creation, and i believe that the chicken was created with at least one egg inside it. However, I believe that the dinosaur was created earlier.

Hmmm... You might be right with that egg inside chicken thing. And, if creation is true, then you are wrong with the Dinosaurs created before chickens, since Birds were made on Day 5 and Dinos on Day 6. Let's abandon this discussion as it may lead to an argument and therefore breaking the Forum rules.

As for the riddle...

The Guy with the snake is a Plumber. The Snake is a Plumber Snake. The small room is the bathroom. The guy paid him for unclogging the toilet with his Plumber Snake.

HINT EXPLANATIONS:

Hint 1: The Payer hired the Plumber to unclog the toilet.
Hint 2: The Payer expected him to bring a PLUMBER'S HELPER(aka Plunger).
Hint3: HE WAS A PLUMBER. OF COURSE HE HAD A GROSS JOB.

@Snake puzzle: How were they supposed to know that? You were way too vague. You could have at least said the snake was in the bathroom.

I agree, about what people believe, we should not make a fight.

About the riddle: I've also been a plumber, but I didn't know that in English, a syphon is also called a snake.

About the next puzzle: is it a real animal, or some thing that is used in a bathroom?

EDIT: I must say, in Dutch a syphon is also called a swan-neck (gooseneck)

They keep fugu fish as pets. They're poisonous if you try to eat them as delicacy. However, I don't know about the statistics, so I may be totally wrong.

(and yes, people do keep fugu fish as pets)

Humans. Hundreds of people are murdered every year, most humans aren't afraid of each other, some weirdos pet other humans, many people don't refuse to give each other food, humans don't have claws or fangs (just nails and teeth), and murders are both varied and gruesome.

Someone said cement trucks -- best metaphorical answer. (you feed them gas but they can run you over.)

Humans is a stretch, but such an answer does work.

I still hold to my "fugu fish" answer. I know it's not it, but it works, so I don't care.

Fallse syllogism -- nothing says that all mammals have to be animals. Of course we KNOW they are, but it's a fact not stated in the syllogism. The structure reveals itself in its absurdity in this example:
