I'm with you Muz.Muzozavr wrote:Great issue, with exception of wonderland for atari screenshot which looks way too fake.
1) The screenshot is way too similar to screens of Atari version of Ms. Pac-Man!
2) The top chomper has a wall in it's mouth. LOL, what's up with that?
3) Wait... do I see QOOKIE and not Loof?

#1 Adventure! (Whacks self upside head!)...Adventureland.....What could I have been thinking?
#7 I couldn't decide if it was centipede or millepede. (Guess which I chose? sigh.)
#25 You mean this wasn't "Boy Scout Hiker hoping to not get eaten by the big bad bear." ? I'm shocked!
#28 Winter Games? Skiing! It was Skiing I tell you!
This was fun, we actually dug out the old Atari and fired it up. Still works like a champ!
Had to laugh over some of the games we thought were so cool 25 years ago.
Was glad to see Berzerk and Yars Revenge on the list, as those were the ones I played the most.
Some other favorites we rediscovered were Amidar, Demons to Diamonds, Dark Cavern, Spider Fighter and Night Stalker.
I am keeping the console set up until littlejg and crew come over to get a chance to look it over.
Thanks,
jg

I think that means yes, because if there wasn't, you would have answered something similar to what you said to Slimm Tom. So I hope the next edition will come out soon. (When do you think it will come out?)
Edit: Now that I think about it, I think it will come out on Wonderland's birthday, which is, unfortunately, near the end of the month. It's so exciting!

Insert stupid jokes here.

I'm resurrecting an old thread here, but this fits nicely with the Atari 2600 retrospective in this issue. Blizzard announced a new World of Warcraft for the Atari 2600: http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/moltencore/
(Yes, this was obviously their April Fool's joke for the year, but it is quite funny. I especially like the trailer video, and how the concept art has nothing to do with the screenshots - this was very prevalent in those days: the box art depicted dragons and spaceships, the in-game graphics consisted of .... a square).
Enjoy!
