Adventure #44: Carnifex Makes An Adventure

Post by MyNameIsKooky » Fri Jan 13, 2012 11:09 pm

I really didn't feel like finishing this. But here you have it, folks.

Carnifex is Emerald's character, I got permission to use him, etc etc etc.

I'm aware that the level design inside the house is quite pathetic. I really couldn't be bothered to fill in all of that space with decent puzzles, especially considering that I already put way more effort into this adventure than I probably should have.

And yes, I know that Carnifex is insanely out-of-character. It's not like this was supposed to be a serious adventure anyways.

By the end, I was lazy and made an abrupt ending, but this might leave room for a sequel. I don't know, should I continue...?

That's why there's a wood button across the "tree-bridge": so you can get back easily in case you missed the key.

Nope, the extra transporters were laid out for misdirection.

It was? I thought that the worst part of the adventure.

I'm glad that you enjoyed it.

Oh gosh! I'm so behind on adventures! I still have yet to play the last 2 Golden Toothbrush adventures, the last Ghost Thwarts adventure, your last 2 adventures, Emerald's last 2 adventures, and the Thaumaturge's last 2 adventures. That's 9 adventures I need to play!
Insert stupid jokes here.

This one took me the longest to complete than any other one I played. Took me a full fifty minutes!

I actually haven't completed that yet. Stuck in the big bang.

Still, I spent quite a while walking in circles a ton before I finally opened it in the editor.

Great adventure! My favorite parts were the blink puzzles and the part where Carnifex does his tour. :D
