New adventure - TINY ROOM (5x5)

Post by |Cookie| » Sat Mar 22, 2014 9:14 pm

Hello again!

Today, an idea came in my mind, it's making a small 5x5 puzzle, because the morning/night level was a little bit long for me, I wanted to take a break from it and make something simpler. :P
There are two versions of this level (thanks to the edge blinking glitch), one of them is 6x6, and the other is 5x5, so both levels have some difference in them, kinda... KKA7 is the 6x6, and KKA7-2 is the 5x5.
My best time in the 6x6 one is 24 seconds, and in the 5x5 is 28, I'd like to see your best time, too! :)

This is nothing too hard, but just a simple puzzle with buttons and moobots to solve.
Enjoy! :D

Oh, these were marvelous!

The first one, the 6x6 version, was so hard, at first...

I spent so long trying to solve it.

Then I tried the 5x5 version; I got that in a couple of minutes.

Then I went back to the 6x6 version, and found that covering the green button with the green moobot was what got me stuck.

So, a very brilliant binary adventure, in my opinion; thank you for sharing! :D

I just moved the Moobots around randomly until I found a fit for both levels. BTW the second is easier.

EDIT: Ok, it wasn't entirely random. I did think about it. Eventually.

Yeah, kind of neat. Not to tricky, but still interessting. I like how it really helps here to think stuff through for a moment ;)

Don't know why you needed two versions, though - I don't think the door-blinking passage has any influence on gameplay as it's clear right from the beginning that the blue gate is the only one to be considered for this.

Well, it's because they are a little bit different, because in the first one, there is a chance of the Moobots to be destroied, however, in the 5x5, the chances are less.
But now that I think of it, it doesn't even worth it..

It was for me; I did them both in two different ways. :P

Played this after seeing Wonderman's recommendation. (how did I even miss these)
Absolutely ingenious! These took me some time to solve! Such amazing puzzles, in such small spaces! I used a different solution to solve each puzzle. :P

Thanks! I actually thought that making a 5x5 adventure was actually a bad idea, but I regret nothing about making this adventure.

Hi Cookie! I know this has fallen out of relevance eons ago, but I felt like recording all the 5x5 entries so :P

My video solution to the 5x5 unwalled version,

and My video solution to the technically-6x6 walled version.

The extra blue button/gate in the 6x6 one didn't trip me up any :P Was an enjoyable play, enough for me to do it two times over

Very clever and compact; I see your style hasn't changed much ;) Thanks for the fun!
