OK, its not actually visible in the game because of some blitz 3D code: "Set buffer Backbuffer()" at least that's what I presume. (If that code wasn't there then you wouldn't be able to see what's going on...) But anyway, if you look at the background when not in the game (look in the custom backgrounds file to do so) you will see a difference, the picture has been flipped.
