i know, first: go to C: then go to WA Editor v096
second: make new folder, name it custom, and put textures to custom.
WORNING: you need to download cbloopy's chomper/updated WOP's/post in: in hex-editing topic.

that texture is over 9 months old

also it dosn't matter because it looks fine in game
and the thing on the tooth is there on the original chomper tex.

You have to set it so that the chomper uses it. Stop asking these questions in random topics and look for the hex-editing topic. It'll be useful.
