i'm just wondering, where could we possibly download custom accessories
for Stinker NPCs. And why is it when for example, i play a level with a Santa Claus, it doesn't miss a file. but when i set Santa Claus hat for my Stinker, it says that i am missing accessory101@.WDF like that.

There's no way to add custom accessories for NPCs.
As for the Accessory101 error, that's an issue with glasses. I'd recommend not using them for now, they're pretty buggy. Details in this thread. Basically, keep the Colour value before selecting an accessory to either 0 or 1, none of the accessories (as in glasses) have more than 2 texture/colour variants.
