I'm not sure if this is such a good Idea but what if we did something like tennis but different? Here's what I'm basically talking about: We start a level and we give it to someone to finish it. IDK It's just an Idea I had. IDK Who get's to release it. I guess the person who finishes it. Comments? Criticism?

I think that Co-op mode like the one from Portal 2 would be nice.
Two starting positions in the level, and maybe some fixes to Blink! (so you can have Blink! that teleports you or the second one that does the same with your partner) could make it possible.

Then making split hub for two players would be nice - they would meet in some places and get separated in another.

It's tough trying to get people to work with this...
It may add up to burden to the second person, maybe?
