Evolution of a level part3

Post by jcvalcar2 »

This is truly Image
Can't tell you how many times I had to redo the first part just to get my timing right. Image   I wasn't sure if I could do those spheres again and now I see them in my sleep

:D :D :D A wee hint---

Spoiler---
When its safe push the left box down onto the ice turn to block the boomer-
As the boomer starts in the other direction wait until it turns down, Then in one quick move push the box two tiles to the right to trap it and blow the two boxes blocking the coin-
The remaining box must go through the TP first- Then the sphere-

Thanks for your wee hint, Kiki. I was having a terrible time trying to get rid of that boomie   Even with the hint it still took me some time to get the timing just right -- kept sliding back on the ice. Now onward to Part 4 where I'll have to deal with him again.....GR...GRR...GRRR

I was having the same problem as Tasha with the sliding back on the ice, but eventually made it. Actually I did it before that but with the boulder and well you know that wasn't going to work very well for me in the end. Now onto the next phase.

I could see what you had in mind but it still took a few turns to work it out so now I'm an expert with the blue spheres!

On to no. 4, thanks Keeks!

Fiendish!

I didn't need a hint this time as I knew exactly what to do.

Doing it was quite another matter though ... after about 10 restarts I can do the sphere bit in my sleep as well. Blowing up the boomer seemed such a matter of chance, I don't know if I could do it again. But I know I'll have to ...

On to the next part of this masterpiece! 8)

All I kept thinking, is I don't have to just get through this boomer part, I have to do it two more times! In the process of things, I discovered a way to dispose of the boomer without trapping him. It also left me with an extra box, so then I didn't need the timer switch.

Loving the levels! Thanks!
Lisa

Same here...sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn't. Precisions was the key, but pretty frustrating for me. :x
