Algebra 2? That's a class you can take (at least at my high school). Math's Mate was a little double-sided worksheet with a similar layout each time. I like math, but didn't like the stuff on Math's Mate.

Oops, forgot the rules. Here are the three rules.

1. All 3 letters equal 3 different numbers.
2. No number can be 0.
3. They can't be fractions.

I like stuff like 2x^3=2 log 5 but stuff like 2x3=9 instead of 2*3=9 annoys me.

If every set of numbers between = signs has an X in it, then you can't solve for X, because there is nothing to set it equal to. Actually, that probably doesn't make any sense to you does it.

He's using the x for an operation not a variable! He probably doesn't understand algebra. He means ___*___ or X*X not 5x=2 sorta thing. Please dlcs18 and Toon Dog, use a * for multiplying numbers until you learn algebra.

Just wait until you get older. Then you will loath stuff like 10 x 1234567890 = ? and start thinking of it as: x=10*1234567890. There's also pi, logarithms, exponents, exponential roots, power functions, sines, cosines, tangents, cotangents, hyperbolas, parabolas, and other stuff. Beware of the future...
