got too much stuff

Ok, made a mistake and got too much stuff. The wrong stuff I find out now. Can I get rid of some of my stuff? Or do I have to start over?

You can by a bigger inventory bag. You can also get rid of stuff, but it depends on what stuff you have.

If you have too many mushroom keys - I think you can go into Mushroom Cave level and open some gates and leave again and the gates will be down every time you go back there! (I think

If you have to much mushroom keys, you can go to Mushroom Cave (as put in the solutions list: star 32) and open the gates. And collect more mushroom keys to open the gates left to collect the golden star and everything else.
Or you can walk all the way back to the marketplace where you can buy a bigger bag.

You can go in and out of the mushroom cave as many times as you like. I suggest you go back there every time you collect 3 or 4 keys, that way your bag will never be too full.
