Pinned Down?
Pinned Down?
I must have a mental block about these Brr things. I can't get out of the 1st area with more than 5 charges. It seems I'm going to need 8 to get the blue button and get out of there (hopefully without running into the spikey thing) Am I going about this puzzle correctly?

Actually you need 9 Brrr's for the next room!
In the first room - fill up as many bits of water as you can (almost all of them), then go diagonally to the island to the left, then the middle one to the right and then to the top one. Then fill in the blanks to the next room. Then go back the same way diagonally back to the glove and re-charge with 9 more! Hope that helps

Ice the first room from the shore as full as you can.
Move to the center island, then to the right, and diagonal to the top.
You need 7 Brr to go back.
So ice 2 more places.
I guess now the room is completely iced. Now you can diagonal, to right, to top and all the way to the entrance where the spike is.
Move along the spike. Ice the spike. I'm not telling you when you have to shoot. By now you are supposed to be as clever to figure that yourself.
Ice the route and pick up the coins. Hurry! to the bouncer.
Voila!

Guess that is a solution!Ice a way to a stinker on the top. Wake him up and put him in the corner. He must not follow you!
Do the same with the second stinker at the bottom.
Freeze the fireflower after they shot. Go to the last fireflower and freeze it too. Make a route to the third stinker and send him to the exit. Place yourself not in the fireline!
Guide the stinkers to the exit before you collect all the gems.
still having truobles with icing the spike (SPOILER 3)
Ice the spike the moment he is moving from the crossing to the right. Yoyr fire will be in time. But are you in time to get to the iceblock?

If you get the stinkers to the exit before collecting gems the game will end and you'll have to do it over to get the gems. GET THE GEMS FIRST.

They are supposed to stay put if you place them. You put the mouse cursor over a wee stinker and it turns into a hand. Click and hold down the left mouse button. Keep it clicked and move the cursor to where you want him to go. Then let go of the left mouse button. He should say something like "OK" and go where you told him to. He shouldn't follow you unless you run into him again.
If wee stinkers are waking up and following you without you touching them, then something is wrong in your game somehow. You'll have to zip up the save with this happening and send it to the developers.

Everytime I slide into the little guys, they get dumped into the water. How do you wake them up without them going into the water?

I slid beside them, got in back of them, and then pushed them out toward the middle path. Then I laid down more brrr, directed them into the corners where they wouldn't do anything, and then went to rescue the third one.
