There is a way - but not until you get a little bit past the sewers in the game (it's part of the story, you'll see).iancull wrote:Is there a way to replay a "level" (?adventure?) after you've played it, without restarting the whole game? There's a number I've done where not all coins/bonuses were collected - but then the entry arrow vanishes so you can't go back and do it again.
Anyone up for some Wonderland Adventures?

Currently making synth music as treehann
I make 2d games too at: treehann.itch.io
My old sig-bar image broke but I'm still thanking Pauline and Janet forever for their art!

Wow! That exactly happened with my brother on his computer when he was playing (Not every time)! But I just pressed Esc and the menu came up.iancull wrote:Does the save / load game work in the demo?
I saved last night and now, after loading, it just sits there shooting a smoking hat - the mouse pointer moves but does nothing, the items don't open it clicked ... I guess I'll have to restart

Great job, Patrick, and everyone!
I've made it to "Chomper Pinball", where I am currently stuck for the time being. I must say my least favorite part is ice, not that it shouldn't be included; it's just my particular thorn in the flesh. There are just way too many cool things to list my favorite, but for sure the "Brrr" power is one of them.
Well, back at it. Thanks for another great game!!

Will I ever be able to play again?

In wondertown there is a house and a magician with red hat where you can jump back in time to replay levels. House is surrounded by water.iancull wrote:Is there a way to replay a "level" (?adventure?) after you've played it, without restarting the whole game? about Wonderland Adventures
I've got the newsletter, downloaded the demo. Just played a level or 2, walked around.
I could not wait for the full version. So I ordered it. I haven't played the demo for long.
Let me see: when did the newsletter appeared in my inbox? On wednesday. Had to go to work the afternoon. Maybe ordered the game at night.
But now I'm playing all day long. Friday night till early in de morning (4 am?). Also yesterday. I must sleep! So now I'm sitting here again.
Man!
This game is wonderful!

I think this is supposed to be a Secret until you get to that area.Erwin042 wrote:In wondertown there is a house and a magician with red hat where you can jump back in time to replay levels. I agree - FAB music! Also reminds me of ET!Blast!10 wrote:I have a comment about the music in the introThe best music I've ever heard, I have no idea why it reminds me of(part of) the music in the movie "Aladdin"

In my opinion that music in the intro is, well, the beginning of it is awesome, but when everything "blows up" and startles, it seems far too pretensious.
Not that I didn't like it or anything.

Rest in peace, Kym. I hardly knew ya.
Rest in peace, Marinus. A bright star, you were ahead of me on my own tracks of thought. I miss you.

And in case you didn't reconize her, that's a very young Drew Barrymore.

Brilliant job Pat, Claire, James, Jonn & team.
First impression when I loaded up was WOW - big wow factor as far as visuals & sound... and it just got better from there - wise move with James & Jonn on the team again.
Haven't had a whole lot of time to play it yet... just made it through the first section of the northern lands & looking for the signs. The levels designs are impecable as usual - nice work Bruce!
What does Claire do as the 'software development consultant'? Does mean she's the boss of all the boys???
Anyway, overall another great Wonderland game!
As your reward (for you & Claire) here's a limerick from downunder for all your hard work.
I know I can hear you saying 'what, a limerick??? You've got to be joking ... send me some cash instead, I don't need any more poems ' but deep down, I know this is what you were really hoping for ... sorry, must have spent too much time in the labyrinth
and without further ado...
There was a young lad & his girl
One day took a dream for a whirl
They toiled day & night
With all of their might
And brought us a Wonderland pearl!
...and I'll probably get in trouble for this one (banished or something) but anyway...
Jonn with his music, James with his art,
Patrick declaring great love from his heart,
The hapless three boys
Sat & played with their toys
Said 'golly gosh we're glad Claire is so smart'.
