What are all those .wdf and .wd3 files in the WA folder?
With WDF I can recognise the words, Wonderland Adventures File. Is it that?

No. WDF is a Life Data Analysis Software file.

And I don't know what WD3 is.

I guess they mean:

WDF = Wonderland Data File
WD3 = Wonderland Data 3D

Some formats are confused between programs. Don't think MS wanted other programs to think they can open it... they can't.
