unzipping using windows xp unzip program

unzipping using windows xp unzip program

:( i use the windows xp unzip program, but majority of the times, the textures, models, backgrounds are recognized. what am i doing wrong. after i download above, i unzip and then i delete the zip, the things download, but won't play or open. thanks for any help that you can give me because this is frustrating

Have you put them in the right folders?

Sometimes when using windows unzip you end up with the folder you want inside another folder. The dreaded double folder problem.
Make sure after unzipping that you only have one folder, and make sure that one folder goes to the correct Custom folder.

To solve the double folder problem, click on the first folder. Move the second into custom textures,and overwrite. It should work now.
