2 New levels (Adv) Para Dice and Tele Porters

These are levels 199 and 200 named Para Dice and Tele Porters. Para Dice uses hot(2) created by Obehave (I think) Thanks Obehave. Para Dice is tricky in places, be watchin' and Tele Porters is simple Dimple. Have fun

"Para dice" was tricky all the way. I particularly enjoyed the boulder puzzle.
