why can't I download
I am having trouble finding levels after downloading. I have followed the instructions to the letter but when I start rtw they aren't in the custom levels. I have a few which worked ok which I downloaded a while ago but now it won't work. Can anyone help and explain if I can open them from some where else. Thanks

When you try to download, make sure you click on the Download word and not the paperclip symbol.
Make sure you are in the CustomLevels section of Return to Wonderland Deluxe.
Here's a screenshot showing the CustomLevels section on my computer. If you want to save in a folder, open the "By User" folder which lists the level makers' folders. If it's a new level maker, you can make a new folder by clicking the folder* icon at the top of the box and naming it to that maker's name.
When you open the game, make sure you pick CustomLevels. All the levels you have downloaded should be listed. If you've saved them by level makers' names, click "By User" to get into that section, then find the folder you want.
