Need help on NPC!!!

I created an NPC with Thick frame glasses and when the game loads it just said:
Couldn't Load texture!

Yeah, sometimes the thing doesn't accept some glasses I think.

It doesn't work with both the thick large and the thin frame.
Oh well, my poor little stinker had to live without glasses...
