I *think* I know what to do, except for the pink sticky cube. Though of course, I'm sure that when I figure out the sticky cube that will totally negate what I think I have to do with the rest of the course.

After A LOT of stupid mistakes, I finally did it -- the main idea was clear pretty quick, but the sequences are ingenious, especially

the one where one of the barrels is stuck *somewhere* and all four have to be destroyed to generate four more

This bit got me for some time, and then I would keep forgetting the sticky cube, which was a few more tries down the drain.

A true fiendish masterpiece!

To destroy the goobie you need 4 barrels. Destroy the barrel on the white button and replace it with the box.

with quite the conundrum of tantalizing moves to choose from, Eventually I chose wisely, No one does it better than you my friend. Thanks for the awesome fun challenge.

Annedanner, your logic is impenetrable... almost.

You DO NOT NEED the cannon to do what Mark describes. It really can be done with just barrels.

This was a fun level to work through, Mark. Even with your hints, I struggled with the level until I figured it out.

You're right, Muzozavr. My mind gets on one way of thinking, and it's difficult to see other options. So glad to have all of you for help. This is a great, great forum!

I'm not even sure how to get rid of the metal box.....but I think I could eventually figure the rest out, if I could get that part.

EDIT: If someone is confused, it's for Dizzy1's problem. (breaking the metal box)

Nothing except the barrels is required to destroy the one on the white button. (and deal with the pink cube)

This is actually the third version of the puzzle that I've played, the key element has remained the same and it's what makes this level so compelling.

Yippee..got it finallyyyy! I was on the right track all along, but just couldn't see one little slick move regarding the white button. The

I've had lots of help from Maestro Mark, Bobster and Muzo, but to no avail.

I've managed to generate 2 sets of barrels. But whichever direction you push a barrel thru the left TP, it explodes at the right TP. Nothing happens to the other carefully arranged barrels. And I certainly wouldn't be able to get any barrels to the other side for the pink cube!

I don't understand at all I'm afraid. But I am in extremely dumb mode at the moment. Sorry guys!

OK - I tried to delete this post because something has occurred to me, but I couldn't delete it! So it has to stay. I'm still trying, but it's a very long road.

Ok, Mr. Smarty Britches. I did what you told me in the PM, but when I set it up and push the ------ through the white TP, it just blows up. And then I start crying, throw a big fit and 'give up'!

Trampoline the cannon on the metal box.
Push the barrel into the water to trigger the generator.
Push two barrels in the water and the other two through he TP so you can generate four more.
Now put one barrel on the white button so you can get the box out.
Place the box to the left of the right TP.
You will need to replace the barrel on the white button with that box.
To destroy the barrel on the white button, first slide it to the right.
Line up two barrels underneath and push the fourth barrel through the right TP to destroy it.
Using the trampoline, line up three barrels above the pink cube.
Push the fourth barrel through the left TP to destroy the cube.
Place the four new barrels on the buttons to exit.

Thanks for the spoiler, Mark! I had the cannon part right, but sure needed your help with the rest of it. I did have trouble with this part -

The box was in my way there and I saw no way to do it that way. I did it a different way and was successful! Found the gold and went home happy! Thanks for the help and all that fun!

hi there, it's me...I'm in a bit of a pickle here. Look at my pic and tell me what I've done wrong. This is how I am interpreting how to set the barrels up for explosion, but when I push the one barrel through the tp all it does is explode itself and the box. A bit of help please.....

Thank you Robyn for the help. Now I see why Mark gave us all the time he did, that was a lot of minipulating with the barrels and the one box. One wrong move and it was back to the beginning with this one. Never thought to use that tramp more than the one time.

That part is for destroying the cube. The picture you posted was for destroying the barrel.
My solution above reads:
