Got it, Yahoo! Once I figured out the two fast moves and was able to execute them successfully the rest fell into place.
Loved the cannons

and still have no clue.

I've seen the hidden, but don't know how to destroy the box, or even WHAT destroys it!

To Liz & Muzozavr:

The first goal is to destroy the wood box using the cannon and reflector. Navigate the reflector so it is just below the right green TP. Just as the cannon fire strikes it push the reflector up into the TP. If you time it correctly, the fireball will ricochet left onto the same reflector. After it strikes the reflector a second time, step up into the green TP to push the reflector through the black TP.
Important: You must first move the plasma cube and the prism before performing this move.

I was on the right track with this one, but did a quick slow quick step, rather than a quick quick slow. Then the dance with the cannon had me going

Every once in awhile a level comes along that I simply can't wrap my head around. I don't know if it's just the way the elements line up or what! At any rate I tried a number of snappy moves with the reflector but got nowhere so I came and read your hint, slapped myself in the forehead and finished this.
