Tricky Wonderland!

Post by Gold Raven » Wed Mar 26, 2008 5:24 pm

I don't know if you guys out there have been able to determine this, but our games are really full of wonder! Like, you can do a level a couple of times and at exact places where you had one thing happen, another will take place.

Make sense? Okay like I find that after 20  or more times attempting a level, something just snaps! crackles! and Pops! (not literally) and the level becomes easier...Stinky, Loof, Peegue or that other one.... does not make the wrong turn when I have my finger on the right one.....

I wonder if I am making sense. What I am trying to say is this: Wonderland has built in gliches to get through before the level can be solved...BESIDES the puzzles themselves...anyone agree? No?

What I ment to say is that it gets easier after about the 20th or 100th time of attempting the level.....

I have Always thought that there are little timers....inside some of the levels that measures how many attempts have been made and then when the timer strikes "Going Insane" the puzzle just seems to work easier.

It is hard to explain unless you have tried a level at least 20 times, not necessarly on the same day...opps....make that 200 times!

Can they do this...of course they can...they are Genius's!!! :D

meanwhile back at the farm.... I am endeavoring to do WSW for the second or third time and get all of everything....is Mette Still Around?

Did you mean you played a level 1 or 2 times and cannot pass it, but after about 10 times it was easier?

That's normal. After you tried many times, you will have more experience with the level you're playing. :)

Yep Bopp yer right. Plus when you've done a particular level makers levels you get better at seeing or feeling or....hmm knowing their style and it makes their particular levels easier too.

I've gone back to levels I haven't tried in literally over a year and now I can do em! Ya get better at the game and at realizing a certain style. It's what makes ya feel like a dang genius after awhile!!!! hehehe

Thanks for all of the replies but that is still not what I mean....let me explain some more.....I am in The Void in WSW....Wow, What A Game! playing it again after a number of years......anyway I am in the level called The Tread Mill.......and at the end...by the time I get to the end.... doing one function that would be easy has become harder....because it is the end of the game. For example....

Possible Spoiler:

at the end of this level, you have to switch quickly from Stinky, to Loof, To Quu :? (Always have trouble remembering her name) and then to Peegue.....well what I want to tell you is that normally if I hold down the Enter Key to switch from one character to the other, it does not do it automatically......I still have to hit the key each and every time...taking my finger off of the key...well with this level...they switch so fast with just a lite touch...that hitting the Key has become a Game... kaBesh?

Still, Has anyone seen Mette.....? She had great solutions...some of which I still need....and no one is going over to the WSW section and giving any out.... :(

Did you see this on-line game hint Goldie?

http://www.midnightsynergy.com/secretwo ... /w10l4.htm

This is also a helpful thread:

I can't be of any more help because I haven't played WSW in a couple of years - or since it came out! I just searched for "The Treadmill" in the search function at the top - you might find something else there if you are stuck!

Sorry and good luck! :D

I just wish that these old timers would show up...or maybe they have!
