Overview of a level?

Is there a way to view the entire scene of a level before you start into it? In RTW you could shift and use the arrow keys.

At the shop in Wondertown, you are able to by a "Spy Eye". Once you've bought it, click on it in your inventory to use it.

In WA, As Com Rante said, you must buy it.

In MOFI There is still a spy-eye, but you get it from a stinker after about 8 or 10 levels (if you talk to the right person).
