No, as a matter of fact, it maybe could exist in 4D, but it's certainly NOT one.

I will not reveal the idea behind this, because it will kill the impossibility, therefore the wonder.

There IS an answer, you just have to look.
And since you've already posted the link, here's that answer:

The object itself is constantly changing in the animation. At each frame it's a slightly different object that suits the viewpoint perfectly. They did some complex programming to account for this.
