Strange Dialog Trigger - WA Level: Fire And Ice

In the video here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qhh2AoPTwUw it shows you that the general command button for the dialog about the ice block will be activated after you step on the blue button! Its like having two buttons on the same tile! Why does it do that?

A corrupted editor file maybe?

The general command button activating the dialog about the ice block would have an ID from 520 to 524. Remember the formula?
So, the blue button activates it.

WOW! I didn't know you could do that! So any kind of button is actually a toggle button right?
