Wonderland Fire Island Discussion - No Spoilers!

Post by Midnight Synergy » Thu Dec 18, 2008 12:49 am

This is a general post for Fire Island discussion, but without spoilers. Not sure what you can say that isn't spoiler-ish, but I thought I'd put this up as an option. :)

:D I know what to say that isn't a spoiler!!! :D

I abolutely LOVE the graphics in this game!! The waterfalls, the details of forest etc. and the baby boomers are SO cute when they 'talk'. I was happy to see the little scritters were back, one of my favs.

The game seems VERY hard to me, after the first few levels, no more standing and thinking, a LOT more quick moves. . . . the crabs are adorable!!! but the turtles dont like me

GREAT game, and yes Janet-----the map is cool 8)
Yes, I'm a donkey......
and I'm purple.....
and I am Polly, Minnie's little sister.

I love the game so much I don't find the right words to tell how .... it is. Good or great or other words are just minor to what I want to tell you.

Probably the best puzzle game of 2008.

I played lots of games this year. Most of them teach you step by step what to do.
MOFI is better. I played time management games. Those developers have to play MOFI to learn more of teaching players how to play their games.

It was worth waiting for the past year.

Thanks Patrick & Co !

WA:MOFI is a very good game. But I'm having a little problem. I've finished the demo and want the full game, but when I go to the order screen, nothing happens, so I can't download the whole game! Any solutions?

Anyways, the graphics are really cool. It didn't take me long to solve the code puzzle. But just so you know; those little green crabs are so annoying until you figure out how to use them!!!

Hello all of you !

I just would like to say that I played all the wonderland games (the classic trilogy and the custom levels) and wonderland adventures. Now I am playing MOFI which is really really fun but hard too.

thanks for this nice game ! :D

:D I've finished the demo now, and I think I'm gonna buy the full version. So I was looking for the file where the saved games are stored on disk, to prevent that I have to start again at the beginning. But the only thing I found was a file: "localsaveoff.txt" It said I had to change that name into "localsaveon.txt" if I wanted the games to be stored in the gamefolder. I did so and then a new folder appeared: "GameData". So I searched the disk for the other folder with that name, but I couldn't find it. But it still has to be somewhere, because, when I change the name of the textfile back to "localsaveoff.txt", the saved games are still there.

Is there anyone who can tell me where on disk they are stored?

Edit: Quick11, you can order the full version here: http://www.midnightsynergy.com/adventures2/order.htm

It's in C:Document and settings- All users- programdata- midnightsynergy, on my computer. You can also search for the file midnight synergy.

BUT, I don't think you have to restart the game after finishing the demo.

Oh yes! The folder wasn't named "GameData" so I couldn't find it, but I found it now.

Thanks Inger :D

PS, Indeed I think you're right, but I always want to know where the files are stored, just in case 8)

The new game replaced all files you need for the new game. So those savegames stay where they are. They are not harmed at all.
Been there, done that!

No Erwin, it does NOT replace files. If that was the that case, your savegames would vanish.

I know that. The problem is, when I click "order" nothing happens! The explorer went white!
