Hi Pat,

I sat and looked and thought before doing anything on this level

Then I was almost into doing it first time until I foolishly got caught by a Chomper

Then of course I tried to do it all over too quickly and kept making silly mistakes

Got there in the end though

Thanx,

Malc, didn't you kill the chompers first thing?

Hi Pat,

No - I actually left the Chompers and that coin as the very last thing to do

I did the ending part first - then the kabooms - then used UFO - then destroyed UFO - leaving the Chompers/coin.

So on my first attempt I had done EVERYTHING else - hit the wrong arrow key - and a chomper eat me

I probably did the level totally out of sequence - but it was GOOD FUN :D :D :D

I was so pleased when I saw you had created "Hug II" as I absolutely adored the first one :D - but I must admit I am struggling with this one a bit! I can't believe that it can be done in 6 minutes!!!!!!

I am struggling with the end bit. I nearly got to the end, then got blasted by the rolling bloody rock, because I went right through the fake wall

Brilliant level once again - will tackle it again in the morning (instead of doing my housework  )

Keep 'em coming Pat!

Agree on all accounts, another fine level Pat.

Haven't completed it yet (actually, I haven't completed HUG 1 yet either!)

But I shall, in due time. It's rare that I get flustered when I can't finish a
level on the first day, as it only means I get to keep on trying! :D

The fun is in the playing. Like they say.... "getting there is half the fun"!

Thanks for both of these excellent levels!

Another "ball" buster!! Great level. However, I don't see how you could complete this level without killing the chompers first, as you need that coin and you MUST block the boulder from coming out at the North side if you want to continue getting boulders. ????? I suppose there must be a way to use the boxes differently?? Oh well--I DID IT!!! :)

Lil - went back and checked the time again. Can do it in 4 at an 'old folks' pace. Of course, I know what to do.

Roger - since my brain can't handle 'complicated'. It pleases me to know you're struggling a little. :)

Terri - Malc DID solve it without killing the chompers first. He put a crystal next to the coin, and eventually positioned the other crystals so the saucer would take out the first crystal. In my wildest dreams, I never would have thought of this. I'd hate to save this for last as it's easy to get chomped after all that work! As for the boxes, ice patches determine demolition. You should have 4 left.

Thanks for all the nice comments folks.

I DID IT! I DID IT! Really enjoyed this one again Pat. It's very easy to forget to stop the boulders from rolling into dead ends, then have to start again!!!!!

Well done - more more more please! :D :D :D

Whew! Just as Hug Your Rock #1, this was loads of fun to try and figure
out, loads of fun to play, and rewarding to actually complete without help!

I have no idea if I did this the way it was intended, or if anyone else did
it the same as I did, but I liked trying different methods, until finally one
worked for me.

These were great levels, hope you have more in a similar vein, Pat!
Many thanks for the hours of enjoyment!

Roger, glad to hear you have completed both HUGS. I didn't intend for these to be difficult, sorry I worked you so hard! I don't have a 3rd in the works yet.

Pat -- difficult only for me. I'm sure others picked it up and completed it much faster than I did. But part of the joy is trying them over and over. I have this thing about getting mental blocks.... .... where my brain shuts down and refuses to accept anything other than what it's already processed.  ....... (This is where the women pipe in and say "typical for a man!")

In other words, once my mind is set that THIS is how something needs to be done, it's hard for me to talk myself into any other method. Really gets in my way sometimes. :? Levels like this are good therapy! And fun too! :D :D

Your levels are super! Really enjoy each one of them! Looking forward to many more.

Pat:
Loved both of these. These "think before you make a move" levels are always tricky for me as I usually just jump in and go, go , go!

Thanks,

I'm sorry Pat, thought I'd posted on this one.

Very clever level, hope you do another 'Hug'.

I enjoy the thinking ones immensely.

Thanks
