OK... I've just deciphered the hex code myself but then had to read a topic on "unfiction" forum to find out about the Baconian cipher (I didn't even know that existed) and then I just read the final decoding of the first puzzle.
That decoding is frabawrtnarno, and if used correctly, it leads you somewhere else... and that's where I'm stuck. No one else has gotten any further either.
HELP needed!
