OK I'll take a hint on how to get both to the exit, mainly on what trick are you using to get the travelator back to the starting position in the lower right area.

Use the canon that is facing upwards

Thanks I knew it was getting the cannon down, I just had trouble with the timing getting the travelator realigned but finally after a ton of restarts I got er done.
Great puzzle with great misdirection.
