Time to take my parsley potatoes out of the oven and watch football...

I had to sit and endure a humiliating 3-0 defeat in the cold yesterday watching Tottenham, with only a cup of hot bovril to warm my cockles

Well, I may not play what you refer to as football but I can certainly relate to freezing!!! The neighborhood that I live in is great...one big happy family and we watch all sports together. I think it is an excuse to all bring a dish to pass so we can all eat together. Lots of chili and soups in the winter.

Maybe we should start a sports chain? That could be tons of fun to see which sports will pop up...
