What comes after Rainbow Star??? Nominations wanted.

2000 posts!?!

I thought going up to 100 posts with Rainbow Wonderlander would cover it! Foolish me.

Since there seems to be no slowing down on the community, we might need another few levels. This posts is for suggestions for names, and associated "scores". 2000 doesn't have to be the next level, it could also be 1000, 2500, 5000, 10000, for example. That should slow the need for further promotions until - um - well middle of next month.

So if you have suggestions for further Ranks - post them here. In another week or so I'll post a poll where everyone can vote on the final choices.

I think it only appropriate that the title for anyone who reaches
2,000 posts should be: MAJIC WONDERLANDER

(Or even MAGIC Wonderlander?)

These are all good suggestions but what about after 2000 posts?

We need something appropriate for 2000, 3000 etc.

What about precious gems???? The top (10,000) one being diamond???

If we wanted to stick with 'Queen' or 'Magic' it's quite simple....

Queen (King) Emerald or Magic Agate?????

I did some research and this is what I think is the current order of awarding avatars:
1 - 10 None
11 - 24 Bronze Wonderlander
25 - 49 Silver Wonderlander
50 - 74 Gold Wonderlander
75 - 99 Platinum Wonderlander
100 - 199 Rainbow Wonderlander
200 - 299 Rainbow Seeker
300 - 399 Rainbow Keeper
400 - 499 Rainbow Wizard
500 - 999 Rainbow Master
1000 - 1999 Rainbow Star

I like Davimad's suggestion of using gems. Following the past order of awarding avatar, how about:

2000 - 2499 Wonderland's Garnet
2500 - 2999 Wonderland's Opal
3000 - 3499 Wonderland's Amethyst
3500 - 3999 Wonderland's Sapphire
4000 - 4499 Wonderland's Ruby
5000 - 9999 Wonderland's Emerald
10000 - Wonderland's Diamond

Okay, Maureen, you asked for it, and you already know what I'm going to say! I think the idea of gems is nice, but I don't care for it because it doesn't seem to flow with the other titles we already have!

I like the precious gems, with "Rainbow" as the prefix.

We start out being Wonderlanders and progress up to Rainbow. Think we should keep that as part of all the future titles.

Or - if Majic1 isn't comfortable with the idea of gems, how about the colors of the rainbow, and we could even combine the two:

Rainbow Red Garnet (or Ruby)
Rainbow Orange Amber
Rainbow Yellow Quartz
Rainbow Green Emerald
Rainbow Blue Topaz
Rainbow Indigo Sapphire
Rainbow Violet Amethyst

OR:

Majic Rainbow Red
Majic Rainbow Orange etc etc etc

and maybe Ruler of the Rainbows could be the ultimate pinnacle.

You will be surprised at how quickly you can advance with titles...before you know it you will be a "Rainbow Keeper".

I dropped off for a while so I have some catching up to do...

Although I do have to admit that I do not feel worthy to hold the same title as Majic...

Just keep it simple....gems don't go with Wonderland, in my opinion.

When you reach 2250 posts, you are a 1 Qookie poster; at 2500 you get 2 Qookies, 2750 3 Qookies.

3000 you start with Peeques

4000 you start with Loofs

5,000 posts you get a Stinky. You are a Stinky poster.

And for every 250 after that you get another Stinky, that can go on forever. We can all compare our Stinky's at the convention in 5 years.
I think the posters who reach that level deserve a special tiny character by their name.

I LOVE your idea ol'gramma!! By George, I think she's got it!!! But the very tip-top (which has got to be 10,000+, heaven forbid!) should be OVER THE RAINBOW. After that, you are DEFINITELY over the rainbow and in no need of a new title!!

Seeing as we had to go from 1000 to 2000 to get the chance of another title, then perhaps we should go up in 1000's.

I would like to keep the Rainbow Star and just add to it.

For instance

Silver Rainbow Star
Gold Rainbow Star
Platinum Rainbow Star
Diamond Rainbow Star

That would take you up to 5000 posts.

No offence to the gem suggestions but they sound like wedding anniversaries

I like Pauline's suggestions - titles between 1000's is a good idea... Lord knows it takes a while to rack up 100 let-a-lone 1000 posts.

Sticking with keeping the Rainbow Star & those ones just mentioned...
... I also like the following.

6,500 Rainbow AllStar
8,000 Mega Rainbow Star
10,000 ... at this point you have the ability to choose (& edit) your own title & have a little picture - also editable.

Just a thought... feel free to shoot it down in flames

- don't know about the rest of the guys here - so I'd pass on the offer to be titled Wonderland Queen

Building on Majic1's idea, here is another suggestion for Rainbow related progression:

2500: Rainbow SuperStar
5000: Rainbow MegaStar
7500: Rainbow All-Star
10000: End of the Rainbow
and then, if somebody makes it that far,
20000: Over the Rainbow

Or some other similar combination.

I'll post the poll at the end of the week - keep the ideas coming!
