New level - Boxed Out

A new level for all to give a go. It's kind of spacious, hope you don't
mind roaming around a little bit. But I gave you plenty of time on the clock.

That was fun Roger - not as hard as some of your others, but fun the way I like them! Useful UFO's are the only way I like THEM!

My story is so sad I am sure it will bring a tear to your eye....

On my 2nd attempt. I lollygagged on the exit runway, and I got it. Boo Hoo.
But after a bit of cussing

, I started over and watched my back this time!!!

This was a fun level...I liked this one with all the space and having to keep one eye on where the UFO was. Very clean water too.

Another good one Roger.

Another really good one Roger. I didn't find it easy at all, having two left feet.

In the end though I got the flying saucer to shoot itself before I went into the second area. Much safer

BTW O/G, I loved the expression "lollygagged", we don't have it in the UK, but it sounds so funny whatever it means.

I looked up 'lollygag' to see if there was an origin, and it just says 'origin unknown'.
It means To waste time by puttering aimlessly; dawdle

I was just sure it was a British word..it sounds so fancy

'Dilly-dally' is an English term for dawdle. I've never heard of 'lollygag', but then there are different terms for things in each area of Britain. I sometimes haven't heard things that come from a different area of Sheffield even, and I've lived here all my life.

We also say "dilly-dally" here in the U.S. as well as "lollygag".

Come to think of it, we have a whole slew of terms that mean doing nothing.

I'm with you O/G.... I would have guessed that "lollygag" was a British term ("English English").

Howdy Ann,

This was one of those levels that has many different ways to complete.
I'm of the opinion that not ALL levels should need to be completed only
one way. Some creativity belongs in the hands of the players too.

Actually, my preferred way of completing this level was not to even use
any deflectors, except as a "defense" against UFO fire. But I put the
deflectors out there for people who wanted to use the UFOs to destroy themselves.

My concern was, of course, as O/G mentioned, keeping the water clean.

It's all in preference, I s'pose.

As to the question of whether or not Liz is brilliant, of course she is!

Hey! How'd you manage to escape Loof's garden trap anyway ??!!
