It's a box pusher but you'll need to plan your moves.

I should use a level-tester!

I realized the metal boxes at the top are totally useless so I've edited the level so it hopefully makes a little more sense.

This took lots of working out.

A very clever and complex teamwork level.

Finally reached the end and got wiped out AGAIN

Push the box in the water on the right, walk across the break-tiles in front of the cannon, push the box lower box in the water, step on ice and let the cannon blow up some boxes then onto the green button. Get the reflector ready to blow up the box between you and Loof but don't put it in front of the cannon yet, get the bottom reflector on the other side of the wall in position for the stop button or you'll shoot Loof after you got the box!

Thanks Bob that did the trick, I was putting the cannon in the wrong area and just didn't see it, DOH!
But after the hint the rest fell into place.
