YOU DON'T KNOW THAT FOR A FACT! In fact, if someone bothered finding out if it was a scam, he wouldn't like it if it was.
But think about it, this would make people happier, which is weird but true.
The people still get rice with what we have now, just legally. And if people find out, then they will be less happy, because a charity thingy they trusted was an illegal scam.

I never said that. I just thought of the idea and couldn't find any reason why it would be bad. I am not saying it should be done. But if no one can find a reason why not then I don't see why this shouldn't happen.

Remember to look at the dates that every post is made. It's been many years, and I, and others, may not be the same people we were when we made them. This is a symbol of where we came from, and should be remembered as that.
