129 users?

It says that the most users ever online is 129. Is this real? From all my Wonderlanding, I've only seen about 14 users online at the most.
What happened on Tuesday April 11, 2006 8:48 PM?

From what I've read on posts made near that date*, I think a "forum blackout" happened and then after the servers came back on, there was a glitch where the forum thought there were 100 guests online at one time. It must have been so amazing that 29 members were on at the same time to witness the weirdness.
