quiz thing missing help

I can't seem to find the thingy where you make your own quiz, even searching for it. Can someone post a link to it, and if possible my wefight quiz which I didn't make a backup link of and wouldn't be able to access anyway on this computer?

Apparently the topic for the "Make Your Own Quiz!" thing got deleted. I tried to go to it but it no longer exists.
