Technos, I'm afraid your computer clock is not right at time. Most time zones may have different hours but the same minutes. Depends on where you live.
BB, right!
DLCS, you're right. But .:52 and .:08 is not even a half hour difference. Also it depends on where on Earth you live. I got the the idea that Technos lives in America. As far as I know there are no half hours zones there. Right?

I think I know what causes this confusion. You're counting down right? Please don't make it more difficult then it already is.

After reading the first page again, I think that Technos actually meant 3:08 as in a countdown rather than a time. 52 min = 8 min to the next hour, so it makes sense.
Since I can't edit my post, I will make a new one to say "AGH SOMEONE BEAT ME TO IT!"
Edited by tyteen: I didn't do anything~ *whistles away*

Half hour differences does exist, but is rarely used nowadays.
@Marinus: I meant to type GMT+6 but I was so excited that my brain screwed up.
Anyways back to main point: If you have a problem with a member, please contact the moderators/MS in private, not starting a fight. If you think a post is breaking the rules please also contact the moderators by PM. (PMing MS works too, but let's not bother him while he makes PotZ

You're right: Happy new decade. Actually I think you can start a year or decade at any moment you wish, like you can start a year at your birthday, or as a schoolyear can start in summer. But most logical seems to start a decade with year ending at a 0 or a 1. It also depends on when they started counting, with 0 or with 1 (like: the baby is 0 years old, or, the baby is in his/her 1st year)
But in the end, no one knows when it was the absolute beginning of time, years, or seasons. But it was definitely not at 01-01-0000, nor at 01-01-0001.

Please mind your languages and tones, no matter whose side most users agree on, it can still get you in trouble.
@Deeman: Yes, posts have been deleted. Now to everyone: Don't make me lock this topic up. It's the first day in 2011 and I don't want to spoil the party.
