What don't you understand?
copy and rename res3.dat - res8.dat by changing .dat to .it.
You can use stuff that opens .it files to export them as .wav files.

I just lowered the pitch of 5.ogg by -21.9385%, and I hear strange chimes/Ringing tones that are not normally present.
Oh, and it's very scary.
EDIT: I get this in 4.ogg too, except instaid it's beeping noises, chubacca (sp) roars, and Lavender Town Tone-Esque sounds

Maybe MS Put that in there so if someone finds it, it's there to scare the heck out of them maybe.
Or maybe its not by him and that your copy of WA is cursed...
