New Level-Goobs21

Post by janetgalle » Tue Mar 22, 2005 7:36 pm

Hi all,
I have shamelessly adapted this little puzzle from the Goobs.
(Another favorite game.)
If you enjoy box pushing and a bit of thinking....this is for you.

I 'm not sure of the official title but littlejg says he is a goobster and I am a Grandgooba.

We enjoy The Goobs because if you get stuck...you can watch the little guys as they show you the solution.

Even though this wasn't really hard, I still managed to screw it up the first time - 2 boxes pushed to unusable spots. This was a fun little puzzle! :D

Nice small, compact level, and quite playable. Got it on my first try!

Never tried Goobs either, but I think I downloaded a demo once and
never tried it. I'll have to dig it out sometime!

Funny, I kept pressing ENTER key all the time whenever I wanted to switch Goob. Guess Wonderland has formed a habit in me.

A nice fun level JG. I've never heard of the Goobs, but Patrick has just put up a link on General Discussion. May give it a try.

Thanks for playtime.

I tried the Goobs, since I had never heard of it.

Here's my 2 cents worth...

It is a nice little puzzle series, but can't compare to Wonderland. Everything is too small, too flat, and the characters have no personality, no life.... they are generic.
I got bored with it.
The puzzles would transfer nicely to Wonderland   (I didn't write that, and you didn't read it)

I managed to locate my copy downloaded earlier, and had to try it.

Agree with O/G's assessment. Good puzzle-wise, just not as diverse
nor "smooth" as Wonderland.

Totally screwed this up the first time, pushed the boxes from the wrong side. Changed my strategy, and did it the second time. I thought I would have loads of boxes left over but I had none.

Do that thing that OG didn't tell you and that you didn't read, pleeeeze. I want some more. 8)

Same here! I used to love Goobs. Wonderland has taken over my computer now! Even though I have played Goobs this was still somewhat of a challenge. I hope you are making more of what you have never heard of. And I didn't say that either.
