Animation is a very big work. One 20minute episode of Family Guy takes a year. It doesn't need to be 20minute full episode, but a 5 minutes is already hard enough.

But if you guys want to try it out, I can provide audio and technical support.

Here is a tutorial
Step1 Save my image
Step2 Edit it with your paint or other paint program
Step3 Erase what you want to edit
Step4 edit it
Step5 copy it
Step6 Choose a background
Step7It will look a little white around it
Step8 If it looks hard to erase paint the screen red or any other colour
Step9 Erase the white spots and even in the eye balls
Step10 see if it works play your animation

I know you tried, but your voice doesn't really sound very much like Peegue's. Try making it Higher-Pitched.
