NPC Chomper?

In an old level, I saw a Chomper that you could talk to.

Does anyone have or can make a .wop of a Stinkerchomper or a Signchomper? Just to clarify things, the Chomper still had it's biting animation, but stood in place.

YAYAYAY THIS WILL BE SO AWESOME FOR MY CHOMPER SERIES WHICH WILL NEVER EXIST.

If I use it then, that is. I might save it for after the Chomper series...
