4. Open, Then close player.
5. change !Sign and CUNPC to the names you gave the model and texture
6. Save.
7. MAKE BACKUPS OF THE MODEL AND KEEP THEM OUT OF THE MAIN DIRECTORY.
8. Play the level with the model.
9. A debug file will appear saying the encrypted name of the model

If you are going to convert manually using a HEX editor on the .wlv file, then here is what you do for the computer desk model:
1. Open the level file (.wlv) with the object.
2. Find the correct object data. It will start with !Square and ends with :1:Custom\ComputerDesk\computerdesk.3ds
3. Replace !Square with Custom\ComputerDesk\computerdesk.3ds, and the 07 four bytes before it with 24. The number is the number of characters of the model name in hexidecimal.
4. Replace !None with Custom\ComputerDesk\desk.bmp, and the 05 four bytes before it with 1C.
5. Save the level in a different place than the original, unedited file, so if you need to edit the level again, you will be able to open it up in the WA Editor.
All the other steps Deeman described was to encrypt the filename, so that it would be useable. However, I've already done this, so you only need to put the ComputerDesk folder in your Custom folder.
If you've gotten Editor Tools to install, just insert that line:
:1:|Custom\ComputerDesk\computerdesk.3ds|!Square|!None|Custom\ComputerDesk\desk.bmp|0.0|0.0|0.0|0.0|0.0|0.0|0.0
into the Converter Data.txt file and use ET to convert. Remember, don't overwrite your original files, save the converted ones in a different folder.
