Just saying, I started a game about them. It's very early in development, only Wheels, Fist, and Cloud are completly playabe(but Boost is almost done). I haven't worked on it for a while, though.
Yeah. They are pretty much all fan charecters...here's a list of the chao squad.
There's a group of 7 chao who call themselves the Chao Squad. Their names(well, nicknames) are Wheels, Fist, Cloud, Splash, Boost, Blend and Gears(and formaly Flash, the final aponent on chao karate over in SA2B). They are very strong but because of their high-pitched voices nobody takes them seriously until they prove themselves to that person. Outside of their specaltys, they have normal stats(with the exeption of Blend, who has higher stats evreywhere)
Wheels
The leader of the "gang". He is blue, with indgo highlights and 2 whip cream-like spikes comming out of the top of his head, one in front of the other(the other is smaller). He can run allmost as fast as Sonic, but not quite. However, he can reach his max speed pretty much right away(just like any other chao).He can make tornadoes by running in circles. He drives a mortorcycle full of spikes.
Fist
He is Wheel's right wing. He has a long spike going backward starting at his forehead, 3 spikes comming out of the back on his head, spikes on his fists like Knuckles and a drangon-like tail. He is red with dark red hilights(probaly, I made the sprites a while ago). He is crazy strong, he can pick up trees like they were coins, buldings like they were bricks and skyscrapers...well...barely. Him and Cloud are dating. He drives a tank.
Cloud
She is ranked right after Fist, not missing by much. She has a square-like head(sorta) with the hilight on her head going in between her eyes, and a block-thing comming out of the back of her head with 2 small airplane-like wings comming out of the sides. Also, her wings are huge. She can fly almost as fast as Wheels can run, and can pick up the whole gang(with a bit of trouble)(excluding Gears since he's allwas at the base) at once. She and Fist are dating. She drives a fighter jet.
Splash
She can swim...well, I never actually deided on this so lets just say faster than Wheels. I never made her sprite, but the plan was to have a giant fin comming out of the top of her head. She's yellow. She can make hurricanes by swiming in circles. She dirves a cruse ship that makes a river in front of it.
Boost
He is the Stamina type of the group. He almost never runs out of breath, and can give himself large boosts that let him go much faster than Sonic, even if it's only for a second. He's green with dark green hilights, and his head is shaped like someone threw a bunch of glass shards at his head and then his skin grew over them. When he gives himself a boost, he starts fliping rapidly and starts to glow. He is also effected less by gravity, so if he can hold a boost for long eneugh he can "glide" around. I haven't decided on a vencile, but I'm thinking something along the lines of a rocket or a rocket booster with a steering wheel.
Blend
Blean is a all-around type. She is very skilled at evreything, but her skills on each one go nowhere near the skills of her friends(well, but Gears. her intelgence is avrage just like the other members, other than Gears). She also has ninja skills, so she can "wall jump", etc. . That's not needed by most of them, since Wheels can run up the side of walls, Cloud can fly very well, Fist, well, he can just smash whatever is in his way, ect. but she needs to keep up somewhow. I never thought about her design at all. She drives a ATV that can cover itself(and make a roof to cover her up)with steel plates.
Gears
Gears is part of the chao squad, but he dosen't get out with the others very much. He is grey and his body is square, not round like all the other chao...ever.
He is insainly smart, and the others often can't understand what the heck he's saying. He built all their venicles, the HQ, and his underground lab. He spends most of his time inventing stuff for the crew, like lazer guns. He put a device in his arm that lets him teleport, so he dosen't drive anything. Using it is tricky, even for him, so the others would have no chance of using it so he never gave them any.Flash
He's not part of the group anymore. He's a onix light chaos chao, who used to drive a giant robot when he was with the chao squad. He was once the leader, and that's realy all you need to know about him.
Four
She's not a real member of the chao squad, just a plan, but i thought I would mention a bit about her. She is a luck type. She isn't realy good at anything, but her overdose of luck keeps anything from happening to her. Lets say, if you throw her off a building, she's goona end up landing is a car full of pillows or something. Her name, Four, if from that whole 'Four-leaf clover" bit. I haven't even thought about what she would drive.
Anyway, lets get this thing started.
Chapter 1:He's gone mad
It was a boring day over at the HQ. Splash, Boost, and Blend were playing pocker, for about the last 5 hours. Gears was working on a jet pack...until he fell asleep, anyway. Wheels was trying to play with a yoyo, but a chao is about twice the size of a yoyo, so it's pretty hard to have it drop. The only 2 who wernt bored were Fist and Cloud, who were making out. Wheels called out 'Yo, Fist! Ya wanna fight?". He knew Fist would cream him, but it's better than being that bored.
Suddenly, the doors(which are about 10 feet tall(for no reason) and made of steel) flew off the hinges, went across the room(whice was quite big), hit Fist and got stuck in his spikes. He was to wraped in Cloud to realise that.
Boost, Blend, and Splash put down their cards and looked over where the doors were. Wheels made a tornado around Fist to pick up the doors while Boost yelled "There's a doorbell, you idiot! Do you have any idea how hard it is to get Fist to stop kissing Cloud and fix it?!?". He was talking to 2 chao standing at the doorway. One of them was Charoon(he's a grey chao who rules at chao races, probaly because Wheels dosen't enter them. He loves sleeping and allwas looks bored.) and the other was a buff-looking baby chao with the basic blue-yellow colors.
The BBC said "The chao squad, ri-" and got hit by Fist and Cloud, who were now still kissing but also rolling on the floor hugging. The BBC got up, and they rolled out the doorframe onto a hill. Wheels said "Hey, can I get some help getting them back over here, Clou-oh yeah, right." Wheels ran out the door, and started trying to pust them back inside. After half a hour of trying, Boost said "For crying out loud...", went up to Fist and Cloud, and did a boost into them, knocking them across the room. Fist's spikes got stuck in the wall. He noticed, but only eneugh to grab Cloud in his arms so she wouldn't fall. They were still making out.
Wheels said "Thanks, B-man. Now, what were you guys saying?"
Charoon said "He was saking if you guys were the chao squad."
Splash walked over and said "Yeah. Why?"
BBC said "You know Flash? Well, he lost his mind and is destroying evreything!"
Wheels said "We're your guys. What should we start wi-"
Splash said "Guys? Half of us are girls, remember?"
Wheels said "Ok...We're your dudes slash dudettes. What should we start with?"
Splash said "Better."
BBC said "How should we know? Uh, have any of your weppons been stolen?".
Gears called out "Yes, there has...". He came out of his lab and yawned.
Blend said "Good morning, Doc. What was stolen?"
Gears said "Flash's old robot. That thing is loaded."
Charoon said "It's Flash on the loose, remember?
Fist sliped from the wall, and landed on the floor, getting his spikes stuck in there. He didn't notice.
Charoon continued saying "If his robot was stolen, it's not that crazy that he might of stole it. He knows where is is, you know?"
Gears pitched in "I created a blueprint for a upgraded version of that model, 1.1 . Should I confirm if it is still present?
BBC said "Uh...ok. Good idea?"
Gears ran to the lab, and Splash followed him. After a minute or two, Splash yelled out "OH ****!".
She ran upstairs and said "It's gone. Flash can upgrade the robot."
Blend started swearing and yelled "Doc, can you tell us how powerful it is?"
Gears said "It's at least more powerful than all of us combined. We have 2 options:Keep him from finishing the upgrade or, well, get a army."
Blend said "I'm fresh out of armies."
Wheels said "Then we gotta go with #1."
Wheels, Boost, Blend, and Splash ran to the garage. Boost boosted into Cloud, seperating her and Fist since Fist was still stuck in the ground.
Fist yelled "I'm gonna kill you!"
Boost said "Were gonna die if we don't go beat some guy up, ok?"
Fist said "Nevermind your death. That sounds like fun!"
Boost, Cloud, and Fist ran into the garage.
