That mod IS amazing. I prefer just leaving my Minecraft mod-free, since the last time I fiddled with it one of my worlds got corrupted.

If you have single player commands, you can backup worlds while playing, or you could do it manually, and I watch Yogscast too. EVERYONE KNOWS BTW MOD IS AMAZING.

I've got a question:
If possible to transfer a level from your computer to a server?
I can make a server,but I'm not sure if it will generate a new level or import one.
Please leave an answer.

Well, start up the server and generate a new world, and then go back and take your other world and rename and overwrite the now one.

My software generated the dat file as level and when I replaced it with my minefile it showed some errors and generated a new level.

Put extracted files into any folder from your computer.
Run the .bat file and wait until it will create new files in that folder.
(Your Firewall will ask you to unblock the file activity)
Wait until appear a text like "Load:0/16"
Then close it.
Open "server.properties" with notepad and change informations you need,like title,number of players and some others settings.
You also need to edit other txt files from your folder.
Into admins.txt type your username and any other usernames from Minecraft to be your admin.
When all modifies are done,Open again the .bat file to start your server.
Note:Just when the bat file is running your server is on.
Then go to servers list and you must see your server here.

Are your ports forwarded? Use 25565 and 25566, UCP and TCP. Make sure they're fully open or else your server won't work for anyone.

I was trying out a mod, I don't know if it changes dungeon world gen or something, but I found a skeleton dungeon really close to spawn (I also spawned in front of clay :3) and thought "What's next? Lava?" I saw light, "Of course it's the surface that I'm a few blocks beneath..." I thought. It was lava. World gen:

Apparently Notch doesn't intend to release the Adventure Update until after some E3-ish thingy called Pax, which takes place August 26-28.

So I guess it will be some time in early September.

In a recent interview, Notch hinted at some exciting potential additions to the Adventure Update, including Melons and pumpkins which grow from a central stem to a maximum size; animal farms, the ability to help (or harm) NPC villages as desired, and the likelihood of boss monsters in the randomly generated dungeons.
