UPDATE: I see how you can do it, but it's much too much bother to try changing the level. It can just be an easy one...

I think it is OK that you can exit without all the coins, but I don't actually find a way to get all the coins, or with other words: I don't know how to get the boxes at the right place without jumping less then 3 times. With jumping 3 times it's either "level completed" or one character exits, and with only one character, I can't get the boxes at the right place.

Is there a way to get all the coins?

There is a way.

Jump down-left and up-right. Push the boxes by the edge into the lava. You can now push the other boxes to the side and jump ahead when you need too.
