Oh, I failed at craziness.

I'll try a mix of a funny and silly atmosphere....

Atmosphere means a theme for a place (e.g. a haunted mansion would have a creepy atmosphere)

They could if they want to but I just don't want people thinking they could get away with using my examples I'm giving them. Plus besides I have plans for a haunted mansion level for a level in the future. Sorry if this offended anybody in any way.

an example:

a Forest tree goes for the forest, not the haunted mansion.

a creepy keep texture goes for the hunated mansion, not the beach

a starfish a clams textures goes for the beach, not the forest.

incase you need ideas, heres a small list of what you could do for atmospheric levels

Beach
Haunted house
Museum
cellar
Forest
Woods
A country (china, France, etc.)
a reef or above it
a castle
medieval times
prehistoric times
caves
Future
Void
Nightmare house (maybe your house)
snow islands
deserts
jungle
temple
Forums (maybe)
VR
windows
urban
dark castle
Stone darkness
Carnival
Mountains
Mystic areas
Chocolate land
Candyland
Temple ruins
Wonder forests

school

Well, yeah, you can do all those, but you should also have some sort of mood. Show islands could be calm, windows could be good for seeing out of, temple ruins could be exciting and mysterious, ect.

I doubt that there will be WACC4, If this is the effort For WACC3, then I don't think that anyone will make a WACC4, it'll be more dead than this, maybe.

I advice you trying this challenge, It's really easy to make than the others.
