You should try to make your adventures more complex. Everything so far has been a bit superficial. You only have one or two very simple challenges in each adventure, with a couple of extra story rooms. I can't entirely review the stories you've come up with, since you haven't completed an arc yet, but they seem to be a series of events rather than a naturally flowing sequence. The events seem to happen suddenly with little to no logic behind them. Try to come up with reasons characters are behaving how they are, rather than simply having people do things.
Additionally, make sure that no aspect of the story can be skipped. Some of your important buttons have had nothing that truly forces the player to step on them. The easiest way to do that is to force the player to go through a 1-wide space using walls. Make sure it's a point where the walls don't look out of place though. Thinking like a player and making sure nothing is breakable is a difficult skill to master, but arguably one of the more important ones in making a bug-free adventure.
Finally, try to make your adventures a little longer. A good adventure takes hours at least to complete. TMD18 took several days leading up to its release of me doing almost nothing but working on it, plus hours of work before hand. Upon its release, quite a series of bugs was STILL discovered. While no one expects you to make something on the scale of TMD18 this early in your adventure-making career, you should probably spend more time on your adventures if you want to release good work.
If there's any part of the adventure-making process you'd like help with, let us know and I'm sure someone skilled at what you're trying will be willing to help.
