In downloading Cat's files this is what worked for me -- perhaps it's worth a try.

Before doing anything, make a folder within Custom Houses & Customs Models using the exact names that Cat has given them -- i.e., LANDOFFLOWERSM & LANDOFFLOWERSH. Then download the zip files -- they will not go into these folders but will show up as separate "model" & "jpg" files. Then cut & paste the individual model & jpg files that you have just downloaded into the new folders that you have made.

I had the same problem as you did, but this method finally seemed to solve the problem. If you have any other questions, just post me. I'm sure no expert but will try to help in any way I can.

Thanks for the heads up, I think I've got myself sorted with the help of Cat and Zeus. Grey boxes and my grey cells sometimes don't mix. Oh well... Thanks to everyone who has helped me out on this.
